From the East
(Downtown Austin, TX)
From Downtown Austin, head west on W Cesar Chavez St along the lake; pass Trader Joe’s on your right and follow signs for MoPac/Loop 1 South.
Merge onto TX-1 Loop S (MoPac) and continue south; as you near the exit you’ll see Barton Creek Square on the right.
Take the W William Cannon Dr exit, stay on the frontage road, then turn right onto W William Cannon Dr.
Go a short distance and turn right into Oakwood Commons Office Park.
Follow the drive to 6012 W William Cannon Dr, to your destination right next to Oak Hill Family Dental Center.
From the South
Head north on FM 1626; you’ll pass Buck’s Backyard on your right and keep straight toward the toll road.
Continue past Hy Rd toward Pepperbox Coffee and Roasting; follow signs for SH-45 Toll / Austin and take the ramp onto SH-45 SW (toll) eastbound.
Merge onto MoPac / Loop 1 North.
Take the W William Cannon Dr exit, stay on the frontage road, then turn right onto W William Cannon Dr.
Make the first right into Oakwood Commons Office Park by Austin Kids Teeth and follow the drive to 6012 W William Cannon Dr.
From the North
From the north, head south/east on TX-71 toward Austin.
Continue on TX-71 E through West Oak Hill, passing Jack Allen’s Kitchen Oak Hill; keep right toward the US-290 / W William Cannon Dr area.
Take the ramp toward W William Cannon Dr / Frontage Rd and follow the curve to the frontage road.
At the light, turn right onto W William Cannon Dr, then make the first left into Oakwood Commons Office Park
Follow the internal drive to 6012 W William Cannon Dr next to Mis Manos Therapeutic Massage Clinic.
